Soenen

Soenen makes metal plate machines. We set out to work with the diverse results their machines produce to design a creative and inspiring work environment. There was a rhythm in the building, we used it as a boundary between two spaces: loud and quiet. The separation consists of a rhythm of cabinets finished with the different processed metals. The quiet side has doors, the loud side shows the diversity of what they can do at Soenen. The communal dining area brings the people of the studio together with the people of the office. We chose a style that appeals to both. Stylish and cosy, but also practical, washable and sturdy.
